"Not since government devoted itself to race biology have such an extreme ideology been deemed clean. But now the racism has returned. Back then niggers were stupid, vagrants were dirty, gypsies were thieves and jews were greedy. Now it is men that are guilty. Only by being men."

Sorry for the lack of updates here lately, I haven't had much time to work on any of my personal projects or comment on the news flow. But another trailer from the game I'm working on has hit the web, so check it out.

Looks great. It's obvious that a lot of effort has gone into this game. I only wish the voice acting was done by a native English speaker.

Well, I think I don't need to comment about the realism ... it's an arcade game, not a super-realistic fighting simulator.

As far as I can tell from the video, it looks good! No excessive bloom, no excessive DOF. Most imporant: It looks like fun

Tyler, the game takes place in south-east Asia and most characters in this game are not intended to be native English speaking. The main character Rico is like a "generic latino".

Ok this is not about realism but it will be really fun!!
I lmao at the end of the video! This is amazing game play

End the engine seems very efficient at displaying this large world; can't wait to read your article in GPUPro.

Can you tell us in which part of this engine were/are you incolved in? Is it a deferred renderer?

Hello Humus,
is this game gonna be released for linux as well??

sebh, I've had my dirty fingers all over the engine. I guess the main highlight would be that I wrote most of the DX10 backend. It's not a deferred renderer. Deferred rendering is something that's been on our "to experiment with" list for a long while, but it's not something we did for this game.

kmare, no it's using DirectX, so it's Windows only.
